Estrace® Vaginal Cream is a vaginal cream that contains the active ingredient estradiol. Take Estrace tablets by mouth with or without food as directed by your doctor, usually once daily.
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the medicine at the same time as the missed dose. Do not take two doses at one time.
The usual dose is 10 to 20 mg once a day. Your doctor may instruct you to take the dose as directed by your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
